All of our softwood gates are made from the best grade Scandinavian Redwood. This type of softwood is known as ‘unsorted timber’ in the trade, and it is renowned for its unequalled durability and strength. After constructing any of our softwood gates, our team applies a pressure treatment to the wood. As a result, the wood’s original green colour fades to a subtle silver tinge that complements any garden environment.
